I used to be skinny and weak
I wanted nothing more than to be hench, have a big chest, big biceps, and attract lots of girls
Way back when, I was a competitive swimmer
I'd train 4 times a week for several hours a week and almost certainly didn't eat enough food.
Hence, my somewhat lean but skinny appearance
After I quit swimming, I started lifting weights
I wanted the typical bodybuilder look, thick and large muscles which were ripped as f
But knew nothing about what to eat or how much
And I stayed skinny for years
Until I learnt how to put my cooking skills to use
I also learnt how to calculate the macros I needed and grew as a result
