5 Bulking Season Hacks For Skinny Men
I gained quite a bit of size using my own Hunger Hierarchy method
I'll show you a few of the things I did using it to gain weight
For the hard gainer the hardest part is eating enough
That’s why I created the Hunger Hierarchy
It allows you to eat more calories, bulk up, and build muscle without the feeling of being stuffed all the time
This makes it far easier to build size and muscle and takes all the stress out of not being able to gain weight
Eat Faster
Your brain takes about 20 minutes to realise you're full, but if you finish eating in 10, you’ll be able to eat more and therefore consume more calories than you wouldn’t have otherwise been able to
Eat Less Filling Foods
Eating high fibre foods is great for gut health, but not so great for bulking up
Instead, limit your intake of fibre-rich foods and opt for white rice, pasta, and potatoes fried or baked with oil over them to eat more before you get full
Add sugary Sauces
Eating dry rice can be challenging unless you add sweet chilli sauce or other condiments to enhance flavour and palatability
You’ll also get the benefit of being able to eat more, aiding in weight gain
Use Bigger Plates
A 1,000-calorie meal looks small on a large plate, making it mentally easier to tackle than a mountain of food in a small bowl
Be Distracted
Not being fully aware, whilst eating takes your attention away and onto something else
Ever watched a movie with a huge bag of popcorn, crisps, or snacks and demolished them all in record time?
You didn’t even know you’d reached the end until there were none left
