Women Together Programme - June 2025

Please see below some pictures of items created by participants at our Women Together Support Group in June.

This session took place at our Tulacorr Allotment & Community Garden Project where participants explored the benefits of nature in supporting good emotional health & wellbeing.

Participants took a walk around the allotments, practised grounding techniques, read poetry about nature and finished with some rock painting.

Thanks to everyone who is taking part in the group. We hope you are finding it informative and useful
