Current Vacancy - Clinical Coordinator (Full Time)
The Koram Centre are currently recruiting for the post of full time clinical coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our clinical team and play a leading role in the delivery of high-quality and effective counselling services.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £37,106.54 per annum
Duration: Permanent (subject to funding beyond 31st March 2028)

Please see some feedback from our recently completed Free to Be Me Anxiety Management Programme

This 4 week programme supported participants to explore themes of self-acceptance and self-love, helping building self-esteem and confidence.

Many thanks to everyone who took part. We hope you found it enjoyable and useful.

This programme supported participants to increase their knowledge, understanding & skills around anxiety and how it can be managed more effectively. This included exploring and challenging thinking styles, practical strategies to deal with physical symptoms as well as core beliefs

Rory Carlin Memorial Fund Project - Strabane Academy

Some footage of the Understanding Emotional Wellbeing & Substance Misuse Programme recently completed with Year 9 pupils from Strabane Academy

This programme has been delivered over 6 weeks and supports participants to learn more about different types of substances and how they affect our physical and emotional health & wellbeing , what to do in an emergency situations and what individuals can do if they are struggling with these issues, including sources of support.

Rory Carlin Memorial Fund Project - Sion Swifts

A huge thank you to Sion Swifts Ladies and Girls U14s who took part in our emotional wellbeing workshops and the parents and coaches who attended our Understanding Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing session.

These sessions were delivered as part of the Rory Carlin Memorial Fund Project.

Supporting young people’s wellbeing isn’t just one person’s role, it takes all of us working together.

This group meet on a monthly basis on a drop in basis and is an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive space to share common experiences and develop skills to improve emotional health & wellbeing.

The next meeting will take place on Friday 24th April (10.00am - 11.30am) were participants will be able to engage in activities to support them to Relax, Create & Connect

Please note that the group is supported by an accredited counsellor.
