Paul has just got back from an epic Acupuncture training trip! ✈️

He spent the last few days at the .academy.professional in Newcastle, diving deep into some amazing techniques that are going to seriously level up what he can offer at the clinic.

Under the tutelage of Dr. Carl Clarkson who really went above and beyond sharing his passion and wealth of knowledge of all things acupuncture. Paired with LOTS of practical application the course ticked all the boxes ✔️

Paul has already committed to continuing his studies with the academy, including further modules online and in person throughout the remainder of the year 📚

✨ New offerings and enhanced treatments are coming soon, and he can’t wait to share them with you!

He’s extremely excited to begin offering this service to our clients but in order to provide the best experience possible, he’s focusing on additional practice for now 🍃

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH ASSISTS 💫

We all need some time out. This hour will allow you to get away from all of your to-do lists, work commitments and the general busyness of life.

Restorative Yoga allows us to come out of that fight or flight feeling and really settle the nervous system. It allows the mind and physical body to unwind and relax.

Summer time can be busy with lots of social commitments. This one hour a week will help reset and restore your energy.

Class takes place at The Strabane Health Improvement Project on Wednesdays at 6:15pm.
