Health & Fitness was always a passion in our family In 2013 becoming coaches we knew we wanted to help women 40 & over be prepared for what lies ahead of them while getting healthier & mentally stronger than they have ever been before,
so we created Joesbodyworks. Unlike other fitness media Joesbodyworks encouraged women 40 & beyond that their life is not over & they can get healthier than they have ever been —physically, mentally, and emotionally. We believe there’s no “perfect" body, and that true health comes from with-in & in all shapes, sizes, ages, races, and abilities,

We believe that our clients should think body not in terms of how it looks, but with the awe and respect it deserves for being a thinking, breathing, heart-pounding, disease-fighting miracle machine?
