Qualifying in 2017, Kate Adams has gained a Diploma in Swedish Massage from the Western School of Massage, an accredited school of Glasgow Caledonian University

Massage can help to ease muscular pain, aid relaxation and improve sleep as well as having a beneficial effect on range of movement and sports performance.

The online booking system allows you to book your appointments at KAM up to 2 weeks in advance. You can check out all my availability to find a time that suits you best.
