It turns out, they might. 🧠🐔

Chickens ferment their grains in a pouch called the crop — a natural pre-digestion chamber that softens food, breaks down anti-nutrients like phytates, and unlocks minerals before it even reaches the stomach.

This is exactly what we humans used to do — soaking, sprouting, fermenting grains to make them nourishing and digestible.

But did you really? 🤔

Fries used to be cooked in beef tallow — a nourishing, stable fat.
Now? A cocktail of inflammatory seed oils, artificial flavours, additives, and lab-derived ingredients. 😬

Most of what we call food today isn’t really food.
It’s a mix of chemicals, additives and ultra-processed ingredients designed to hijack your brain, not nourish your body.

🍰 Even treats used to give us nutrition — with real butter, eggs, cream, and minerals.
Today’s “treats” are empty, addictive, and damaging.

Latest Research: Fermented Cabbage May Help Protect Gut Health⁠

A new comparative study explored the benefits of fermented cabbage (like sauerkraut) and found that it may help protect the gut lining and support overall digestive health.⁠

Unlike raw cabbage, fermented versions—especially those using Lactiplantibacillus plantarum—produced compounds like lactic acid, ILA, and D-PLA, which reduced damage to gut cells in lab models. The fermentation process also boosts polyphenols, carotenoids, and anti-inflammatory compounds, offering potential support for gut integrity and immune function.⁠

These findings add to growing evidence that fermented vegetables can offer more than just good bacteria—they actively enhance the food’s health properties.⁠

Fertility Rates Are Dropping – Here’s Why Nutrition Matters 🥚🥛🥩

Worldwide, fertility rates are plummeting, and more couples than ever are struggling to conceive. Even when pregnancy occurs, complications like miscarriage, preterm birth, and poor maternal health are increasingly common.

One major factor? Nutrient deficiencies. Our modern diets are lacking key fertility-supporting nutrients that our ancestors thrived on.

🔑 Vitamin A (Retinol) – The real vitamin A (found only in animal foods like liver, eggs, and raw dairy) is crucial for fertility, foetal development, and hormone balance. Synthetic versions don’t provide the same benefits and can even be harmful.

🔑 Vitamin D – Essential for reproductive health in both men and women, vitamin D works alongside vitamin A to support hormonal balance and foetal development. Sunlight, egg yolks, and cod liver oil are excellent sources.
