I've recently turned my hand to whiteboard animation as a new creative outlet. So thought I'd have a go at making a short animated "Introduction to Resilient Thinking," based on a cognitive behavioural approach, as a potential resource for my stress clients. I'm not sure if the sound has come out ok?
