March is Endometriosis Action Month, raising awareness of a 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 and those assigned female at birth in the UK.

Endometriosis 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 such as severe period pain, pelvic pain, painful bowel movements, and difficulty getting pregnant.

National No Smoking Day – Quitathon Challenge! 🚭

Today marks 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and our big 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻. We’re encouraging everyone to pause, reflect, and consider quitting smoking for good.
