It’s been nearly ten years since I first opened the doors to The Neon Vault. Back then, I used to tell people I was 30… even though I wasn’t. I genuinely didn’t think anyone would take a girl in her late twenties talking about anti-ageing seriously.

Fast forward to today and I’m celebrating (commiserating) my 38th birthday — while praying everyone still thinks I’m in their late twenties 🤣

Happy Birthday to me! Or something along those lines! At least I’m fitter now than I was a decade ago…

Some feedback just hits a little differently 🥹🤍

After a previous bad experience elsewhere, this lovely client came to me understandably nervous about having lip filler again. Building trust with my clients is one of the most important parts of what I do — taking the time to listen, being honest about what will suit someone best, and creating results that feel beautiful and natural.

Sorry for the radio silence 🤍

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

No dramatic reason.
No rebrand.
No big announcement.

Just life, clinic, family, dogs, NHS shifts… and making sure the men and women sitting in front of me each day get my full energy instead of what’s left after creating content.

But for those who are new here (and as a little reminder for the old faces too)…

Midwife. Clinic owner. Mum. Dog mum. And the face behind The Neon Vault.

I’ve worked in the NHS since 2010 and have been in medical aesthetics full time since 2017. My clinic is based just outside Stratford upon Avon and is built on one thing above all else:

✨ Natural, undetectable results.

No trends.
No copy and paste faces.
No pressure to “fix” things that don’t need fixing.

If you’ve ever been told “no” by me — it’s because your wellbeing will always come before a sale. The right mindset, realistic expectations and feeling aligned with your practitioner matter more to me than numbers.
