I have been teaching Pilates for 14 years and work with Private Hospitals, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors etc. I am trained by 3 top Pilates Training Providers Pilates Institute with Michael King - London, STOTT Pilates - of Canada and Body Control Pilates of which I am a member of their Association where we work to a strict code of conduct. I am trained in Beginner to Advanced Pilates, Pilates for Bone Health - Osteoporosis, pre and post natal Pilates, Pilates for Scoliosis, Pilates for MS, Pilates for Low Back Pain, trained in all mat based equipment and have 200 customers of my own in Coventry and 60 in Stratford.
