We have just finished the most amazing week with Manju and Sathu jois. It has been so special. Manju has been cooking his incredible soups for us. I not only get to learn yoga with Manju and Sathu which is a huge blessing, I also get to learn some traditional cooking from the master Chef that Manju is. Thank you so much Manju and Sathu for coming to the old school. Words just can’t express my/ our gratitude. Big love as always and safe travels.
If you missed him here he is in London next week at still point or traveling around Europe for a couple of months. Try and get the opportunity to be around these two. Their teaching is beyond words. It really is so special.
