We absolutely smashed the Shakespeare Hospice Dragonboat Race – raising £2,300 plus £500+ Gift Aid! 🙌

Both the Gloosticks and the Gloostickers did yourselves proud – competing as a team, bonding, and showing off those iconic gloo colours. 💫 It was amazing to see all the smiles, the laughter, and the spirit you brought to the water.

What a fantastic achievement!!! 👏💪

Here’s Heather’s success in her own words:

✨ “At last I have found a gym where I feel totally happy, supported and confident. The classes are a mix of resistance and cardio, all fully supported by the trainers, and a great team spirit from all the fellow members. Through a better understanding of my nutrition, I have managed to lose 22kg of fat. My BMI is in the normal range, and I feel stronger and energetic. I actually enjoy my sessions, even the leg press!!!!!”
