👏 What a walk. What a team. What a total! 👏

Over the weekend, this brilliant team laced up their walking boots and walked 52km from the Bull statue in Birmingham to the Bard statue in Stratford-upon-Avon. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

The walk was in support of Gail Short, a mum-of-two from Bidford, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour in May 2024.

As a team, they have raised over £3,300 for The Shakespeare Hospice! 🙌

Huge congratulations to everyone involved for the miles walked, the smiles kept (despite the weather!), and the generosity shown. Every pound helps us continue to care for people and families when they need us most. 💜

🎄Christmas Tree Collection Update!🎄

Our volunteer team have been working incredibly hard today and yesterday to collect as many Christmas trees as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the bad weather we have experienced in the last 24 hours, we will not be able to collect all Christmas trees before the end of today.

If your tree is not collected today, we will be in touch with you to rearrange a new collection date next week.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, but the health and safety of our volunteer collection and chipping teams must be prioritised.
