Hello Friends and 'Be Aligners', I’ve been gratefully reflecting on 2021, and once again I’ve been so lucky to have worked in my massage therapy business and Pilates classes with some wonderful people - below are just some of the people I worked with last year. 🥰

As you may know, I’m always learning, but my best teachers have been my fantastic clients, as well as having some great laughs! Here’s to more of the same in 2022. 🙏

Try thyme essential oil ... who would have thought! 😆Unfortunately my family complain about my snoring ... I'm not sure how that can even be. I've tried all sorts but with no success, then I randomly stumbled across the amazing properties of thyme. Before going to sleep, apply to the big toe, which is the neck area in reflexology.

Disclaimer: Please use essential oils with care, and do not apply neat, dilute with a carrier oil.

Alternatively, come and see me for a massage or reflexology where we can make you a wonderful blend and you can take some oil home with you. 😊
