You've probably heard about the 7 Types of Rest - but did you know it was created by Dr Saundra Dalton-Smith? She's a well respected American Physician and Wellbeing expert who combined her knowledge, experience and spritual approach in the creation of this well known and helpful framework.

Its well researched and documented the positive effects sunshine can have on our health physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health 🌤️
