A little holiday essential… with a reflexology twist!

Last year, just before a trip to Vietnam, my husband, Barry, hurt his back — so along with the usual holiday essentials, my trusty ear seeds came too!

Fast forward to this year’s holiday, and they made it into the suitcase again. This time, they came in handy for a knee issue and once again gave some much-needed support.

Ear seeds are used as part of Auricular Reflexology, where specific points on the ear are stimulated to support different areas of the body. They’re small, simple, and have definitely earned a permanent place in our travel essentials kit ✈️☀️
