Made the Lamb Shawarma and aubergine pittas which is on the cover of the Street Food book last night. It was a long, slow cook but boy was it worth it - the lamb was divine ( Lamb steaks used rather a leg of lamb). I used a Warburton wholemeal soft pitta (HEB).
