✨ 5 star fertility review ✨
Receiving reviews like this is really wonderful💛

Fertility can be an emotional and often an overwhelming path. Acupuncture offers gentle, supportive care during this time, helping to regulate cycles, support hormones, improve blood flow, reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing when it feels like everything is riding on the outcome 🌿

Whether someone is trying to conceive naturally or alongside IVF, acupuncture can provide both physical support and a much needed sense of calm and grounding during what can be a very intense time ✨

Thank you so much Annabelle for trusting me and for taking the time to leave such a kind review.

It may look like just a needle…🙂

But that tiny needle is accessing an acupuncture point chosen specifically for you.
Chosen because of your cycle phase, your symptoms, your hormone patterns, your stress levels, and what your body is asking for.
Fertility treatment is never one size fits all.
Every point is selected with intention.

Also… slightly loving that my nail colour matches the needle this week 💅✨
Precision and coordination 😄💛

15 years as an acupuncturist…
And someone still asks, “But does it really work?”
Yes.
NICE recommends acupuncture for chronic pain and migraines.
It’s used within NHS pain clinics.
It’s integrated into IVF support pathways.
It’s supported by thousands of published studies.

It improves blood flow.
Regulates the nervous system.
Reduces inflammation.
And it’s been practised for thousands of years.
Medicine doesn’t last that long without results.
After thousands of treatments… I see the difference every single day.
Still here. Still working 💛

💛PCOS has been renamed, to....
PMOS = Polymetabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

Why does it matter for women struggling with this condition?
Because this condition is not just about her cysts on the ovaries.
It's about insulin resistance, hormones, inflammation, metabolism and the nervous system as well as much more.
When we understand it as a metabolic and endocrine condition, we treat it differently.
We look at blood sugar.
We support ovulation.
We calm the nervous system.
We reduce inflammation.
Fertility care must look at the whole picture.
And this name finally reflects that. 💛

🌿 Let’s talk progesterone 🌿
Ovulation is important… but what happens after ovulation matters just as much.
Progesterone rises in the second half of your cycle.
💛It helps:
• Prepare and stabilise the uterine lining
• Support implantation
• Maintain early pregnancy
• Calm the nervous system
• Support restful sleep
✨If progesterone is on the lower side, you might notice:
• Spotting before your period
• A shorter luteal phase
• Strong PMS
• Feeling more anxious or unsettled after ovulation
• Broken sleep
✨Oestrogen builds the lining.
✨Progesterone helps hold it steady.
So how do we learn more about your progesterone?
• Track your cycle and luteal phase length
• Notice patterns like spotting or PMS
• Blood testing around 7 days after ovulation
• Look at ovulation quality, not just whether it happened
Your cycle gives you information.
💛It’s worth listening to it 💛

🌙 A 5 Step Bedtime Routine for anyone struggling with sleep and especially to support Fertility 🌙
When you’re trying to conceive, sleep is not a luxury. It’s essential.

Here’s my simple 5 step routine I often suggest:
✨ 1. Stop eating by 6pm, 7pm at a push
Giving your body time to digest before sleep supports blood sugar balance and allows your system to focus on repair overnight.
✨ 2. Create a calm, fresh bedroom
Your room should feel restful. Soft lighting, minimal clutter, no work energy. Open the windows to let in fresh air and clear any stale energy before bed.
✨ 3. Keep the body warm
Warm feet, warm lower back, warm tummy. Think socks, a hot water bottle or a bath. In Chinese medicine, warmth supports circulation to the uterus and ovaries.
✨ 4. No scrolling. Dim the lights. Breathe.
Reduce stimulation. Lower the lights. Slow your breathing. Signal safety to your nervous system.
✨ 5. Go to bed at the same time each night
Start your bedtime routine at the same time and turn the lights off at the same time.

Your hormones love rhythm and consistency.
Why does this matter?
Good sleep supports hormone regulation, progesterone production, egg development, stress recovery and overall cycle health.
Fertility is built in the quiet hours too 💛

🖤 Evil Bone Water 🖤
Yes, it sounds dramatic. No, it’s not actually evil. 👿
It’s a traditional Chinese herbal liniment made by Acupuncturist and Master Herbalist .t.brinson, and I use it in clinic for:
• Aches and pains
• Tight, stiff muscles
• Bruising
• Supporting local circulation
• Skin conditions
• Sport Injuries
And much much more!
A little goes a long way and it works beautifully alongside acupuncture.
You can buy it in clinic or via the website

Fertility acupuncture isn’t just about needles. It’s about understanding your cycle, your symptoms, and your whole health picture.

When you come for treatment you can expect:

• A detailed look at your cycle and hormone history
• Discussion of ovulation, timing and any investigations
• Support alongside IVF or assisted conception if needed
• Individualised acupuncture treatment
• Practical guidance around lifestyle, warmth, rest and nutrition
Treatment focuses on improving circulation to the uterus and ovaries, supporting egg development, regulating cycles, calming the nervous system and creating the best possible environment for conception.
It’s calm. It’s personalised. And it’s supportive.

✨ 5 Star Review ✨

I am so incredibly grateful for reviews like this and for the trust people place in me during some of the most challenging times in their lives 💛
Acupuncture supports the whole person, physically, emotionally and mentally. It can be especially helpful during periods of transition such as menopause, anxiety, stress and major life changes, helping to calm the nervous system, support sleep and restore a sense of balance when things feel overwhelming 🌿
Knowing that someone is sleeping better, feeling calmer and no longer struggling with anxiety is exactly why I do this work. Every session is about listening, supporting and creating a space where people feel truly cared for ✨
Thank you so much for these beautiful words and for allowing me to be part of your journey. It really does mean the world 🙏❤️
