What a week it has been ✨ This is the face of a very happy Acupuncturist, out in the sunshine with her Cockerpoo!

After 12 months of hard work, study, clinics, assignments and very little spare time, I have officially passed my Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture.
I have worked with couples for nearly 15 years, and this diploma is because of each and every one of them. I did it because of the complex cases, the tricky symptoms, the questions I wanted deeper answers to and the need to understand more, so I could support better.

I am now Fertility Support Trained, a member of the Fertility Acupuncture Network, and currently the only practitioner in Warwickshire holding this diploma.

I dedicate this qualification to all of the patients who have walked through my doors over the years, and to the ones I am still yet to meet 💛
Supporting people through fertility is such a privilege. This week has reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

And as if that was not enough for one week, my incredible patient Paula has just had her book published. In it she shares her fertility story, and I am truly honoured to be included. She came into clinic yesterday and gave me my very own copy and it meant more than I can say. It's been an honour to be a part of your story.

🌿 Fertility Acupuncture 🌿
For those who are new here, I’m Sian, an acupuncturist with over 15 years in practice.
Alongside treating a wide range of conditions, I have developed a particular interest in fertility care. I support patients who are trying to conceive both naturally and alongside IVF treatment.
At the end of last year I completed further CPD training in fertility acupuncture and joined the Acupuncture Fertility Network. I am currently undertaking a diploma in fertility acupuncture, involving in depth study of the menstrual cycle, ovulation, egg and s***m health, IVF preparation and support, implantation, early pregnancy support, and how acupuncture works alongside medical care.
I am continuing to deepen my knowledge in this area so I can offer increasingly focused and evidence informed support throughout the fertility journey.

🌿 International Women’s Day 🌿
8th March
Today is a moment to recognise the strength, resilience, and complexity of women everywhere.
In clinic I have the privilege of supporting women through so many stages of life. Hormonal shifts, fertility journeys, pregnancy, menopause, stress, exhaustion, rebuilding confidence, and everything in between.
Women carry a great deal. Often quietly. Often while supporting everyone else.
International Women’s Day feels like a reminder to pause and acknowledge that. To celebrate progress, but also to honour the everyday strength it takes to navigate work, family, health, and personal growth.
To all the women I treat, work alongside, learn from, and share life with, you are extraordinary 💛
