I have a couple of spaces on the next course starting on Wednesday 6th April at Cameo Studio in Broadway.

In the first session I will be guiding you through techniques to help calm and comfort your baby and encourage sleep. We will be focusing on techniques to help with:

Today I’ve had the pleasure of teaching these mummas and their little ones some reflexology techniques to help with digestion.

By stimulating the digestive system reflexology can help to relieve colic, wind, reflux and constipation 👣

Teaching today at the beautiful Cameo Studio studio 😍 we focused on helping little ones with digestion & colic and soothing those tummy gripes 👶🏼 after this routine mums often tell me that baby is much more settled as we realease some of that trapped wind and help them to digest milk easier.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

My business name is changing & classes will be running from an exciting new venue!

Welcome to Tots & Toes 👶🏼 🦶

I will still be offering baby massage & reflexology workshops for parents and babies but under a new name! I was trained by the amazing Tiny Toes Collective using the Tiny Toes Reflexage techniques but I am not part of a franchise so I needed something that reflected me and my business.

I am also so excited to have the opportunity to offer my workshops at the stunning Cameo Studio in Broadway at the Farncombe Estate.

Workshops will still run over 4 weeks but will be held at a new time of 11:00am-12:00pm

I am so excited for my next chapter and I can’t wait to welcome my first group of mummas in the new year!

Instead of a rise in the middle they have a little pad of fat.

Over time the fat disappears and the arch becomes visible 👣🥰
