🔴 Due to exceptionally high demand, the Dispensary will be closed today from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM. 🔴

This temporary closure is necessary to allow our team to catch up with prescription processing.

In 10 days time 2 of our amazing staff are running the London Marathon!

After months of training (with a few added injuries along the way) they’re taking on the legendary 26.2 miles to raise money for 2 incredible causes — and they could really use your support.

Our Dispensary Manager, Marianne, was lucky enough to pick up a ballot place this year but after a tough training block which seen her have to miss much of her training due to a knee injury she decided to raise money for MIND. Please see her story and JustGiving link below:

Our Health & Wellbeing Coach, Laura, bagged a last minute place in February so has had to ramp up her training very quickly. She is running for Crohn’s & Colitis UK, a charity close to her heart due to a family member living with Crohn’s Disease for the past 24 years. Please see her story and JustGiving link below.

*Important Notice: Changes to Dispensary Phone Line Availability*

To manage the increasing demand for prescriptions and ensure the dispensary team can work more efficiently, the dispensary phone lines will be closed from 10:30am to 3:00pm, effective from 20th January 2025. We strongly encourage all patients to order prescriptions through the NHS App, Patient Access, or the online webform available on our website.

If you would like to register for our 24/7 Collection Point service, please speak to a member of the dispensary team. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Tuesday 24th December 2024 8.30am to 4pm

Please be aware that any prescriptions ordered from today (17.12.2024) are NOT guaranteed to be ready before Christmas.

For anyone that ordered yesterday (16.12.2024) you will need to leave atleast 4 working days before attempting to collect them.

If you need any medication urgently you will be asked to take your prescription away to a chemist.

We are only closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day so prescriptions can still be picked up from Dispensary inbetween.

Alternatively, our Medpoint machine will be accessible all over the Christmas period so if this is something that would benefit you please see Dispensary to sign up to the service.
