I observed in the Bali New Year a couple of years ago there was no light pollution for an entire day, and the Balinese people took an entire day to reflect and meditate in silence. Amongst the frenzied celebration that we enjoy in the west I wish myself and all of you a little space for quiet time and reflection before embarking on the New Year 2023, Love, Rachel x
