I believe that societal influences have overcomplicated the relationships people have with food and their bodies, and am passionate about simplifying nutritional science, helping people heal the mind-body connection, and find peace with food. My transformative approach to nutrition and eating behaviour change aims to reconnect my clients with supportive habits in intuitive, evidence-based and sustainable ways that value their physical and emotional wellbeing, energy and esteem - free of diet culture, restrictive food rules and nutrition overwhelm. The approach draws on various modalities including Nutritional Therapy, an evidence-based approach to eating for self-care called Intuitive Eating Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Holistic Health Coaching, and Body Image Healing. As well as offering one-to-one personalised support, I host group events and retreats. For too many people, eating has become a battlefield. Rules. Guilt. Control. Regret.

But fighting food and your body never leads to peace. It disconnects you, and it wears you down.

Your body isn’t an enemy, it’s your guide. When you connect with rhythms, signals and cravings, you’ll discover that it holds information you need to nourish yourself with more ease.

Eating against your body might look like:

~ Ignoring hunger until you are ravenous.
~ Restricting foods you love, only to overeat them later.
~ Pushing through fatigue with sugar and caffeine instead of rest.

Eating ‘with’ your body looks different:

~ Honouring your hunger and fullness without judgment.
~ Learning what cravings are telling you (it’s not always about food).
~ Choosing foods that feel good and taste good, without guilt.

When you stop fighting and start listening, eating becomes less of a struggle and more of a partnership.

Lately, there’s been a surge in talk around “food noise” - the mental chatter, cravings, and constant thinking about what, when, or how to eat.

It’s often framed as something to eliminate or medicate. And yes, for some, it can feel relentless.

But what if the noise is trying to tell you something?
What if it’s not a flaw… but a signal?
