What a day at Farcoley Farm with the trail social run

Different distances, same energy.

The atmosphere was perfect, laughs flowing, coffee cups warming cold hands, and that perfect reset in the sauna after.

Cold plunge bravery, plenty of gasps and self coaching. A whole lot of good people in one place. 💙

We are officially an award-winning sauna and I’m honestly blown away.

Thank you so much to every single person who voted, shared, supported, or told a friend. When you’re this new in business, every bit of support feels massive, and to already be making a positive impact like this feels a little bit crazy (in the best way).

It’s just me (Joe) behind the scenes, but I say “we” because I include all of you with me. This is a wonderful community that’s building 💙

✨ A little sauna etiquette goes a long way ✨

Come prepared so everyone can relax and enjoy the heat 🔥

-Arrive a few minutes early for your session. ⌚ -Come in swimwear you’re comfortable in.👙🩳
-Two towels - one to sit on, one to dry off
-Flip-flops or slides for moving between sauna, cold plunge & shower. 🩴
-Bring a full water bottle, hydration is important!

And when it comes to the löyly… 💦
Before adding water to the stones, have a quick check-in with everyone inside.
One person’s perfect sizzle might be someone else’s total frazzle 😌

I’m back at Pillaton Hall Farm with sauna warmer sessions, the perfect to pair with a morning swim, a moment to warm up and regulate yourself before going about your weekend feeling refreshed and full of energy!

🗓 Sat 21st & Sun 22nd (live now)
🗓 Fri 14th & Sat 15th March (going live soon — keep an eye out 👀)

⏰ 9:15am – 11:45am
⏱ 15-minute sessions
💷 £5 per session
(Swim booked seperately via PHF)

• These are short sauna sessions for safety reasons while the water is this cold.
• Swimmers: one session only.
• Non-swimmers can book multiple sessions
• Shower available 🚿
• No cold plunge at these sessions

What's your favourite place?

Mine is wherever the sauna goes. I get to share the conversation, magic moments and good time vibes with all of you.

The setup at was simply magical this weekend and so many of you came to join our first event here, thank you so much!

Along with all the health benefits, a wild sauna brings people together and creates that sense of community that doesn't exist many places. From casual conversation, to cold plunge encouragement, every one is on the same level, everyone is welcomed.

Sauna and cold plunge with such a thin barrier to nature is something special and you won't believe how transformative it can be until you try it.

🔥❄️ Secret Sauna Club at Pillaton Hall Farm 🔥❄️

We had an eventful start to the launch of the new sauna with all the snow and ice but I got there in the end and it was all worth it! Just look at it 😍.

So many laughs, smiles and conversations... Maybe a few cold toes and a few slips and slides too 😂.

We had a mix of zen moments and snow angels and that's what Secret Sauna Club is all about! 🤣
It's your moment, I'm just the guy who sticks logs in with steamed up glasses 🤓👋.

On a personal note:
Today marks exactly 1 year since I came and visited .club at as I got a handwritten gift voucher from someone that knew me better than I know myself. It changed my life forever. Who knew sauna could have so many benefits, Not me! It gave me a sense of peace, and the ability to be more present and calm on the inside in daily life.

The video at the end felt like a bit of a full circle moment, as I stood back and and realised I've created what I dreamt of but at a few points didn't think was even possible (not just when I was blocking a main road and getting pushed by some kind souls 🥲🤣).
I am extremely grateful for some very supportive people that gave me the nudge and helped me believe in the journey. They know who they are and Secret Sauna Club wouldn't exist without you, thank you 💙.

A big thank you to for being so welcoming and supportive, more dates to come!
