Hold This Space is a calm, non-judgemental listening space. It’s somewhere to talk, reflect, and be heard without pressure, fixing, or advice unless you ask for it.
✨ Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is not therapy or counselling. It’s emotional support and reflective listening, a space to process thoughts and feelings safely.
✨ Who is this for?
Anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, unheard, or just needs space to talk things through without being analysed or “fixed”.
✨ What happens in a session?
You talk. I listen. Gently.
Sessions are led by you, there’s no agenda, no expectation, and no judgement.
✨ Do I need to prepare anything?
Not at all. You can come exactly as you are: tired, unsure, emotional, or quiet.
✨Is everything confidential?
Yes, within safeguarding limits. Confidentiality is always respected unless there is a risk of harm to you or someone else.
✨How long are sessions?
Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute slots.
✨How do I book?

✨Can I use this alongside therapy?
