Hello parents of Strathaven. I am looking for your thoughts. I am considering running a 5 week mindfulness course in March for young people- particularly those about to do exams.

The purpose would be provide them with strategies to calm and focus their mind before and during the exam process and help deal with stress and pressure. Would there be a need or want for this do you think?

I am, in my professional life, first and foremost a school teacher, and I can see young people needing more support in dealing with the challenges of the world around them. Anyways, for your thoughts and feedback and would be most appreciated. Many thanks.
