We're committed to keeping you informed about our services and a look at our numbers from last week.
Here's a quick snapshot of our activity:
๐ Phone Calls: We received 613 calls, with an average answer time of 1 minute and 49 seconds. 11 patients used our convenient callback system during our busiest times.
๐ฉโโ๏ธ Appointments: Our clinical team provided 406 appointments, including telephone and face-to-face consultations, as well as home and care home visits.
๐ Prescriptions: We produced 643 prescriptions for our patients, covering both repeat and acute medications.
๐ฅ Letters & Referrals: We handled 507 pieces of incoming mail and sent out 32 referrals to external services on your behalf. Our team also conducted 11 home visits and provided 10 sick/fit notes.
A quick reminder: Last week, 6 appointments were not attended, resulting in 1 hour and 30 minutes of lost clinical time. If you can't make your appointment, please let us know so we can offer the slot to another patient.
