We're excited to share our latest dashboard update!
It's been another busy week serving our wonderful community, and we're proud of the hard work our team has put in.
Here are some key figures from the week:
* Phone Calls: We received 605 calls and answered them on average within 1 minute and 24 seconds.
* Appointments: Our clinical team provided 393 appointments, including face-to-face, telephone, and home visits.
* Prescriptions: We produced 700 prescriptions for our patients.
* Referrals: We sent 33 referrals to external services on behalf of our patients.
* Did Not Attend: A reminder that 2 appointments were not attended, which is 30 minutes of lost clinical time. Please remember to call and cancel if you can't make it!
