Please note that Strathaven GP Practices will be closed on Monday 29th September 2025 for the public holiday.
We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 30th September 2025.

Our latest weekly dashboard is now live for the week ending Friday 5 September 2025.

๐Ÿ“žWe received 512 calls last week with calls answered on average within 2 minutes and 48 seconds.
โฐ13 patients took advantage of our call back system during our busiest times.
๐Ÿ“…Our clinical team provided 342 appointments last week, this included telephone consultations, face-to-face appointments, home visits and care home visits.
๐Ÿ’ŠWe produced 669 prescriptions last week for our patients. This included repeat and acute prescriptions.
๐Ÿ Our team also carried out 9 home visits for our housebound patients and issued 10 fit notes for patients unable to attend work last week due to illness.

We would like to thank everyone who managed to attend their scheduled appointment last week. We had 4 appointments that were not attended. This is 1 hour of lost clinical time.

Please remember to call and cancel if you canโ€™t make it. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need.

I'm delighted to share our latest dashboard for the week ending Friday 29th of August 2025.

Last week, we:

* Answered 627 phone calls, with an average answer time of 1 minute and 26 seconds.
* Provided 391 appointments for our patients.
* Produced 647 prescriptions.
* Processed 414 pieces of mail.
* Sent off 39 referrals to external services.
* Carried out 8 home visits.
* Provided 6 fit notes.

A friendly reminder: 4 appointments were not attended last week, which resulted in 60 minutes of lost clinical time. Please remember to call and cancel if you can no longer make your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.

We're excited to share our latest dashboard update!

It's been another busy week serving our wonderful community, and we're proud of the hard work our team has put in.

Here are some key figures from the week:

* Phone Calls: We received 605 calls and answered them on average within 1 minute and 24 seconds.

* Appointments: Our clinical team provided 393 appointments, including face-to-face, telephone, and home visits.

* Prescriptions: We produced 700 prescriptions for our patients.

* Referrals: We sent 33 referrals to external services on behalf of our patients.

* Did Not Attend: A reminder that 2 appointments were not attended, which is 30 minutes of lost clinical time. Please remember to call and cancel if you can't make it!

Our latest weekly Dashboard is now live!

We wanted to share a few key stats from the week ending Friday, August 15th, and thank you for your
continued support!

* ๐Ÿ“ž We received 553 calls last week, and our average wait time was just 1 minute and 22 seconds. Our call-back system was also used by 11 patients during our busiest periods!

* ๐Ÿ“… Our clinical team provided 389 appointments last week, which included telephone calls, face-to-face appointments, home visits, and care home visits.

* ๐Ÿ’Š We produced 640 prescriptions for our patients to ensure you have the medications you need.

* ๐Ÿก Our team also carried out 6 home visits for our housebound patients and provided 6 fit notes for those unable to work due to illness.

A quick but important note: 3 appointments were not attended last week. This equates to 45 minutes of lost clinical time that could have been used to help another patient.

Please remember to call us to cancel or reschedule if you're unable to make your appointment! It makes a huge difference.

We're committed to keeping you informed about our services and a look at our numbers from last week.

Here's a quick snapshot of our activity:

๐Ÿ“ž Phone Calls: We received 613 calls, with an average answer time of 1 minute and 49 seconds. 11 patients used our convenient callback system during our busiest times.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ Appointments: Our clinical team provided 406 appointments, including telephone and face-to-face consultations, as well as home and care home visits.

๐Ÿ“ Prescriptions: We produced 643 prescriptions for our patients, covering both repeat and acute medications.

๐Ÿฅ Letters & Referrals: We handled 507 pieces of incoming mail and sent out 32 referrals to external services on your behalf. Our team also conducted 11 home visits and provided 10 sick/fit notes.

A quick reminder: Last week, 6 appointments were not attended, resulting in 1 hour and 30 minutes of lost clinical time. If you can't make your appointment, please let us know so we can offer the slot to another patient.
