We take hygiene seriously…really seriously.

This isn’t a quick wipe down and hope for the best. Every week we block out a full day to deep clean the entire studio. Proper job. No shortcuts.

Floors, mats, blocks, straps, weights, surfaces… everything gets done.

That’s why it always feels fresh when you walk in. That clean smell? Not by accident.

And honestly, this is just a glimpse… there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes to keep the place at the standard we expect.

If it’s not squeaky clean, it’s not us. 🫧🧼

Drinks update 👀💧

We’ve made it very simple, everything in our fridge is now £2.
Yes, everything. Coconut water, electrolytes, San Pellegrino, Huel, Trip, water… all of it.

Such a bargain 🙌

It’s an honesty fridge and we’re cashless, so just use the bank details on the fridge when you grab your drink.

And something we’re really proud of… ♻️
We’re passionate about the environment, which is why you won’t find any single-use plastic in this fridge. Only cans. Small changes, big impact.

Stay hydrated, stay conscious… and keep it easy.

Here’s a little glimpse into a Friday night at Strathaven Haven 🤸‍♀️

We had our first headstand workshop tonight and we’re all still buzzing. What started as a few ‘I’ve never done this before’ moments turned into a room full of people getting upside down, backing themselves, and unlocking a brand new skill.

There were wobbles, laughs, a few chaotic landings… but every single person gave it a go. And the best part? All of us did it.

So proud of this community for showing up, trying something new, and not taking it all too seriously 💪🏼

Hot Pilates tomorrow morning.
The kind of start to your week that hits different.

It’s early, yes… but you’ll walk in to a cozy heated room and walk out feeling stronger, clearer, and smug in the best way while everyone else is still hitting snooze 😏

Expect heat, a proper sweat, and that ‘I’m glad I showed up’ feeling before most people have had their coffee.

Our Headstand Workshop this Friday is almost FULL… and we’ve only got a few spaces left 👀
The class is a 90 minute special and it’s guaranteed to be fun with .angela teaching.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign. Beginners welcome of course. We’ll start with the fundamentals and build from there 🙃🤸‍♀️

No pressure, no egos, just a chance to:
✨ build strength
✨ learn proper technique
✨ get comfortable being upside down (or just give it a go!)

And don’t worry… it’s not heated, just a nice warm room so you can actually focus without melting 😅

A few small changes to keep things fresh and give you even more ways to move, sweat and switch off.

Longer days, a bit of sunshine finally making an appearance (well not today!) but spring it just hits different getting on the mat this time of year ☀️especially with the views bringing the outside in.

We’d love to know what you think about our timetable. Come try something new or get back to your favourites.

POV: you asked for a Sun Salutation… and got Paul’s version 🌞😂

Somewhere along the way it went slightly off script… and then fully committed to it.

A little bit different.
A little bit extra.
But we love extra.

Not entirely sure where he learned those moves… but the confidence, its defo unmatched.

Proof that yoga doesn’t have to be perfect, it can just be a good laugh and a good time.
