As we fully embrace the Autumn season, it’s the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves us and dive into some introspection. In Shiatsu theory, this season aligns with the energies of the Lung and Large Intestine, both playing a crucial role in the process of releasing and renewal.

I’ll be sharing seasonal wellness tips each week to support you through Autumn, leading into Winter.

🌿 First tip: Take a moment to pause and nourish your body with immune-boosting foods and drinks. Warm spices are your Autumn allies—think cinnamon, ginger, or both! A cozy herbal tea can work wonders for your body and soul, and your Lungs will thank you. 🌱
