There are still two spaces available on this Saturday's yoga workshop at Strathpeffer Pavilion. Focussing on the the theme of "Rest" this two-hour yoga workshop, will allow you to take time and really tune in to how you are feeling. It's not really that different to a yoga class - just more time to breath, to move and to let go.

The intention of this workshop is to help promote rest and encourage release, all of which should help the mind/body practise a good scenario for generating a restful night's sleep. We will move from some gentle postures (though some may still feel like we are building strength) and end with a yoga nidra (guided relaxation).

As well as the in-person yoga workshop, attendees will receive a yoga nidra audio-recording and instructions for a yoga sequence to follow at home to help promote good sleep.

Suitable for all levels of yogi (newcomers welcome).

Choosing the further away walk because it gave us longer in the car to listen to good tunes. Neither of us really felt like going for a walk at all. Rewarded with
(a) good tunes
(b) great colours
(c) sunlight
Thank goodness for Pip because otherwise we would not have headed out at all.
