Healthy foods don't have to be so restrictive or calories counting, but it does depend on your goals, and knowledge, I'm literally eating to gain weight or muscle slowly, but this is a breakfast I've had for over many years now and then as it tastes good, I add hot water 5mm above the havre gryn and granola 1st let it soak then add the yogurt and grapes, I like the raspberry and cinnamon granola it only has about 5g sugar per 100g, and I'm eating as many cards as I can and still remain fairly lean, eating close to 3000 cals a day😊
