Through this holistic approach, I guide individuals to find balance and clarity in their lives, unlocking their true potential ❤️ When you close your eyes and follow your feeling. Rhythm. Vibration. ( 12 linked asanas or postures), depend which yoga you are practicing.
Here you can see Hatha yoga " Sun Salutation" 🧘.
It is a series of postures that warm, strengthens and aligns the entire body. Each movement touch at least one of the chakras .
