My last day of working is Thursday 29th August.

Between now and then I'm incredibly busy and have people waiting for slots to become available.....so if you have an appointment booked and can't make it, please please let me know as soon as possible so I have the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else.

Unfortunately, if you cancel last minute, or don't turn up, I can't offer the slot to anyone else, which means I will have to enforce my cancellation policy and you will be charged your missed treatment cost.
