Hi everyone, my name is Emma

I’ve been a consultant now for 7 and half years
I run 3 groups a week with 5 sessions and I LOVE it

I’m 36 & I live with my husband🥰 our 5 children 🩷🩷🩷🩷💙and our little dog Belle 🐾

I love making memories with my family, going for walks and days out..

Above all, I’m a member too! I’ve been a target member 🎯 for 6 and half years, holding off just under 8 stones . I follow the same wonderfully generous, food optimising plan and eat real food to get real results 🥰

When you walk through my doors as a member you will be given a warm welcome as we step into this journey together & I promise to support you every step of the way 👣
