Today is World Mental Health Day, but in reality every day we should be aware of not only our own mental health but of those around us. Keep an eye on your friends and family and never be afraid to keep the conversation going and ask those difficult questions. If you are struggling, please seek some support from someone you trust.

Bowen is tailored to the individual and can include vagus work to help calm the nervous system. But it is only part of what I do. Many patients open up and get things off their chest when they come to see me, knowing that everything is confidential (unless they're at risk).
