Contract Spotlight: Units 3-5, Parkway Trading Estate, Trafford Park

J Mills recently refurbished a 24,000 sq. ft warehouse in Stretford, Trafford Park.

Comprising of internal and external work to the units, the works included the repair and replacement of cladding and brick work, as well as installation of an entrance door and window shutters. Internally, we replaced and upgraded the mechanical and electrical fittings, refurbished the office units, made repairs to the warehouse and replaced the fire alarm system, along with upgrades to decorations throughout.
