The Equinox arrives on March 20, allowing the energy grid of the planet to move into perfect harmony. We can connect to this harmony by spending time in nature, honoring the earth, and bringing balance and harmony into our being.

The March Equinox also coincides with the start of Aries Season and the start of the astrological new year! So, happy new year!

This really is a power time, not only to focus on balance and harmony, but also new beginnings. Creative energy is high making manifestation work also extra impactful.

Lots of viruses around right now. As well as Reiki, EFT (tapping) helps.

Ps, Brad Yates is THE tapping guru/genius/go to lovely person. I've used tapping for around 10 years now and it has never let me down.

It feels odd at first- I remember feeling a bit silly doing it! But it does work. It's based on acupuncture priciples/activating the body's energy points and channels.
