At Rosemont Care, we specialise in providing high quality domiciliary care services to older people, enabling them to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. We’re always looking for flexible, compassionate, and professional individuals, who are willing to go above and beyond for our service users, to join our friendly and passionate team. Duties may vary from light domestic tasks to more personal support, depending on the needs of the individual. Our tightly knit team consists of a care manager, field care supervisors, trainers, office staff and support staff. We work together to achieve the highest level of care possible and continuously seek ways in which our services can be improved. Our range of home care services is extensive and varied, and includes domestic and cleaning services, support services, 24-hour live-in care, post-hospital and palliative care, with many more services available.
