Some of the weight loss advice you read in the media is conflicting and totally unrealistic. Everywhere you look fads and straplines like “flatten your belly in 5 minutes and day,” or “sculpt your bum while sitting still.” So what should you do to lose weight, gain strength and develop a better relationship with your body? You need information that has been tried and tested, you need to have trust in your trainer and informed, well researched, practical approaches!
