Stress, sleep, healing and pain. Relevant to us all. My daily conversation with clients involves education in these areas. It’s a huge topic which is relevant in such a nuanced way to each individual.
We all lead such different lives and have such different psychological and lifestyle stressors.
People want a massage or an exercise to ‘fix’ things. But in background to these obvious interventions education leads to understanding which leads to a change in beliefs, which leads to daily choices in diet, alcohol consumption, caffeine consumption, activity levels and on and on. It’s the small things alongside the more obvious interventions that can making a huge difference to pain and confidence in our bodies.
