My name is Yael, and I feel that it is a huge privilege to be offering Transformational Breath® Group Workshops and 1-2-1 sessions, both in-person (Stroud-based) and online. I first discovered conscious breathwork via Rebirthing 28 years ago. It impacted my life then and gave me powerful, tangible tools to navigate through the many highs and lows of my life. I came across Transformational Breath in 2019 and have not looked back! It just felt right and a part of my destiny to step onto this professional path. Transformational breath, offers a surprisingly powerful self-empowerment tool to safely integrate pertinent aspects of life. Common things for new breathers to say after their first session: ‘WOW, I had no idea it would be this powerful’. ‘This is the most powerful healing modality I have come across’. In addition to my work as Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader, I have been teaching DanceJOY classes (see my page ‘Dance JOY with Yael’) for the past 13 years, a somatic, conscious, holistic, barefoot, dance-fitness practice that feels deeply in alignment with Transformational Breath®. I am also a trained Bodyworker, now using MER (Myofascial Energetic Release) modality, and I teach piano (am an ex-concert pianist), have been a choir director, and trained Hanna Somatics coach.

I am so excited to have been invited to present at this year’s Breathe A Festival of Life - for the 4th time. This year, I shall be sharing two Dance sessions, an early morning wake up session, and an evening Integrative session, and am deeply looking forward!
This festival is deeply unique and catered specifically to the exploration of breathwork. It is 5-days with some of the UK’s expert breathworkers, with an opportunity to try out a wide range of modalities, participate in an inner journey that you design and really attend to the learning you want for this year.
