This Saturday is the Voice Sancturary at Stroud Sky Yoga, a space to explore the unsure places, the unsung places, the shy, the grieving places. As little green shoots begin to appear and the occasional blue sky reminds us that spring is on its way, we practice tenderness and mercy, listening for when to pause and when to move, we find ways to keep our hearts open and sing freely.

You don’t have to have been before or to have any singing experience, you are welcome just as you are.

December's Voice Sanctuary in Oxford was cosy, connected and rather fun. It was great to have five new curious souls join us for an afternoon of voice exploration and music making, making 9 of us in total. Thank you to everyone who showed up and to Nicola for the beautiful midwinter alter
