After two years of Adam’s illness and 9 years of living in (plenty grey, brown and green), coming to a place like is terribly exciting and wonderful!
I just want to dive into the herbs and the sea and stay here forever.
Here is a little diary entry of our first day, may it lighten up your day if you live somewhere cold and wet.
Privileged and grateful to be able to travel while bombs explode not far from here.
May our dancing togetherness bring some warmth and loving to these lands….

We tried to make a video to tell you a bit about us and to invite you to our dance weekend, but as you’ll be able to see it was anything but perfect. I decided, after much laughter watching the many takes, that this is the truth. This is authentic and real, informative enough and definitely gives you a little insight into our vibes.

We hope you giggle too and feel welcomed to join us in Stroud for a dance weekend workshop called TOGETHER, Saturday and Sunday 11&12 April in Stroud in the UK!
Adam is back after a two year break and we are curious and delighted to Co created a moving experience with whatever it is that wants to unfold.
With the aim of using the principals of ZeroOne movement practices but also with a deep listening into the unknown space that is individually and collectively unfolding before us.

Hi everyone, what do you think we need here on Instagram right now? Seeing that our systems are well and truly crumbly and terrifying war is brutally killing everything in its path? The paradigm of what’s normal that I grew up with is also thankfully vanishing, but it’s leaving me wonder what is worth my time on earth and life energy to contribute in a good way to us humankind?
I wish for everything going on right now to shake and wake us all up. Better late than never. Let it ripple through us and question what we’re doing or not doing…

Hi, I have quite a story to share with you!
As some of you know, I’ve been together with the magnificent movement teacher Adam Barley for 9 years. He’s had cancer for nearly two years now, and with that difficult crisis and short stint apart last year, it’s been a hell of a ride.
A month ago the doctors said they were taking him off treatment and putting him on palliative care.
We instantly knew we wanted to get married ASAP and not wait for some perfect day in the future—so we did! Skipped the waiting period with a doctor’s letter and got married literally just a few days later!
The very next day we got a call to say that the scan results came back surprisingly better than they anticipated and he can go back on treatment and is off palliative care!! What a strange series of events and what a magnificent twist. He’s now more well than in the last two years.
We are so happy, relieved, exhausted and crazy excited about life.
And now, full of life and gratitude, we want to DANCE! Come join us?

I’ve left out the sugar altogether. Way too much for me. I like it just with a sq**rt of and if I’m feeling hungry for the sweet stuff then a dash of but this recipe works leaving the sugar out altogether! It’s sooooooo good!
Ingredients 
2 tbsp rapeseed oil, plus extra for greasing
250g buckwheat flour
1½ tbsp milled flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp bicarbonate of soda
¾ tsp fine sea salt
5 large bananas, peeled to get 400g flesh – save the excess to decorate
80g tahini
180g light brown soft sugar
1½ tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
200ml whole oat milk – check it’s gluten-free if that’s important to you

Method 
Heat the oven to 200C. Line a 1kg loaf tin with a long strip of baking paper, making sure some hangs over the edges, and grease the sides with a little oil.
Put the buckwheat flour, milled flax, baking powder, bicarb and salt in a large bowl and whisk to distribute everything evenly.
In another bowl, use a fork to mash 400g bananas to a paste, then add the tahini, sugar, oil, vinegar, vanilla and oat milk. Mix well, then scrape into the flour bowl and mix until the batter is smooth and uniform.
Pour into the lined tin, then tap it on a work bench to level out the surface and release any air bubbles. Thinly slice the remaining banana into 12 coins and lay these on top of the cake in four rows of three, as in the photograph.
Bake for 30 minutes, then turn down the oven to 180C, turn the tin around and bake for a further 30 minutes, until the top of the bread is golden and a skewer comes out clean.
Take out of the oven, leave to cool in the tin, then lift out using the baking paper “handles”. Cut into thick slices.
