My name is Maria, and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and a Trauma/Attachment Informed Psychotherapist. I am an expert in helping people understand and overcome their past conditioning or trauma and engage in meaningful and peaceful relationships through Nonviolent Communication. I specialize in relationships, family issues, couples therapy, parenting and emotional and relational problems.
