Join a yoga class run by a McTimoney Chiropractor and British Wheel of Yoga Teacher.
Rebecca has been a McTimoney Chiropractor for 20 years and has a special interest in chronic or persistent pain.
Classes are fun and aimed at beginners to improvers. Absolute beginners would need to take three to six 1 to 1 sessions with Rebecca before starting a class.

Rebecca enjoys creating classes with hatha yoga as a framework around which natural movement, play and research based exercises are incorporated. Stretch and strengthening, moving together with music, breathwork, guided relaxation and practising meditation all have solid scientific basis for improving health and are included in every class.

We are a friendly class and there is always laughter and absolutely no judgement.
