Student Osteopath and Soft Tissue Manipulation therapist at The White Practice Nailsworth I teach Pilates locally and aim to bring affordable, experienced and quality teaching to a variety of venues and people of all ages and abilities. My classes range from beginners to advanced and I run specialist sports performance sessions. All of my classes are kept small and run in 5-7 week courses to allow for individual attention and progression, which I believe is fundamental to the Pilates method. I trained with Michael King at the Pilates Institute London in 2004 and am a fully insured Pilates Instructor with a level 3 Diploma in Pilates Mat work and Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Programming.
