🎅 I have now finished treating people, dogs and horses for 2025 and am now taking time off until the New Year 🎅

🫶 I will not be posting, or responding to work related emails, texts or DM's until January 5rh 2026 🫶

🎄 Last working day of 2025 as a Bowen therapist!

Time for a break to rest, recharge the batteries and refocus for the New Year.

I have exciting plans for 2026 which include training as a Forest Bathing and Nature Connection guide, as well as developing combined human/equine healing sessions....🐴

I have some truly beautiful locations for these plans 🌳

I am thrilled to have two very special people I hope to work with on these projects.... more to come! ✨️

It has been a difficult couple of years and I lost my therapy mojo, but now that fire is back and burning brighter than ever 🔥 and now I need to focus and work hard to bring these dreams into reality 🫶

✨️ I only have time for TWO more sessions left before Christmas - this could be a Bowen session for a person in my clinic in Stroud (10am) or a hone / yard visit to treat a dog or horse on Monday, or a person 10am in clinic on Tuesday.

I am then full until Christmas Eve, then I am taking a break until the New Year.

✨️🌱🍂🍃So my exciting news that I can now officially announce is that in Spring 2026 I will be undertaking Forest Bathing and Nature Connection Teacher training with 🌳🌱🍁🪾

This will be an addition to my Bowen and Reiki work. 🌷🪻

I have always loved being outdoors and being connected to nature, now I can combine both of these passions and once qualified be able to run 1-2-1 and group workshops 🌳🌹
