My weeks immersion training to become a Forest Bathing and Nature Connection guide with had a profound effect on me. I knew I loved nature and being outdoors, but I was not expecting to feel it quite so deeply....
π³ Trees are amazing! Simply sitting or standing underneath them will allow us to breathe in these phytoncides - proven scientifically to have many health benefits for us including;
π± Reducing cortisol
π± Improving heart rate variability
π± Reducing stress & anxiety
π± Improving sleep
π± Improving creativity
π± Improving mood
Simply spending time in nature - but truly immersing ourselves in it, not just walking through it, is good for us all....
πΏ Just imagine how great you would feel after having a healing session ie. Reiki or Bowen in a natural environment....surrounded by trees, fields and the sounds of nature....
