My yoga classes are an alchemising practice that weaves and dances with the teachings of mantra. The practice is to nurture curiosity, embrace the paradox and welcome the full integration of being divinely human.
Obstacles are opportunities and challenges are initiation doorways. We commence with an open heart and a spacious mind to know ourselves and grow ourselves.

As Summer’s final chapters unfold, we are presented this week with a full moon eclipse in the mystical sign of Pisces.

Pisces is the final sign of the Zodiac which governs endings and new beginnings. This is a profound reset. Prepare for old versions of yourself and identities that you have outgrown to dissolve like salt in water.

Unlike regular full moons where we might set intentions, eclipses demand that we trust and release. Loosen your grip. Allow the currents of change to release you, free you and show you a new paradigm.

Align with abundance. Lead with integrity. Trust the divine timing. Release the past. Boldly build a future rooted in purpose.

Tonight Tuesday 26th Sept 6-7pm will be the last class at the current price before a slight price increase from September onwards.

The new price will be £26 for a block of 4 or £8 single drop in class.

This is to reflect a recent increase in rent of the studio hall. I hope all my regular yogi's will understand. I am still committed to providing accessible yoga that is affordable to all, if you do have any trouble meeting the new price please get in touch and I will look to accommodate you.
