Stroud Yoga Space & Shop Yoga & Pilates studio in the heart of Stroud. Home to one of the UK's first independent yoga shops.

We have two beautiful fully equipped studios, with heated bamboo floors, clean clear space with natural light and good varied lighting. Over 50 classes running per week covering all types of yoga and pilates. All our teachers work independently so to book a class the teacher should be contacted directly. Today is the last day to order online if you'd like your items posted to you in time for Christmas.

Anything ordered after today might not arrive until after, so if there's something you've had your eye on now's the time.

Online orders for collection can be picked up from the shop on Nelson Street this weekend (Fri/Sat as normal) or Mon 22nd / Tues 23rd, when we will be open from 10am-3pm.

We're often asked "Do you have men's yoga wear?" and the answer is Yes!

We've got some great shorts and long trousers from and and wide leg training pants in black & khaki green from . Then there are a couple of unisex options too in the long yoga pants from and the batabooms from which come in a variety of colours.

Tops have proved much more difficult to source, but our Stroud Yoga Space t-shirts are a great option, they're made from a buttery soft organic cotton and available in Dark Grey & Light Blue.

Just a little delivery reminder for anyone ordering online. 🎄✨

Last date for orders to be posted out for Christmas is Friday 19th of December. (Delivery in time for Christmas is not guaranteed, we are at the merch of RN and the courier companies but we will try our best!)

Anything ordered after the 19th may arrive after the big day.

And because we're taking a much-needed break over Christmas orders placed after midday Tuesday 23rd of December, will not be dispatched until we return on Saturday the 3rd of January.

(The shop will be open on Monday 22 & Tuesday 23 Dec for collections if you order online and select the option to collect from us)
