Stroud Yoga Space & Shop Yoga & Pilates studio in the heart of Stroud. Home to one of the UK's first independent yoga shops.

We have two beautiful fully equipped studios, with heated bamboo floors, clean clear space with natural light and good varied lighting. Over 50 classes running per week covering all types of yoga and pilates. All our teachers work independently so to book a class the teacher should be contacted directly.
