Yoga & Pilates studio in the heart of Stroud. Home to one of the UK's first independent yoga shops.

We have two beautiful fully equipped studios, with heated bamboo floors, clean clear space with natural light and good varied lighting. Over 50 classes running per week covering all types of yoga and pilates. All our teachers work independently so to book a class the teacher should be contacted directly. We love this Jilla set! Appropriately named, Ocean Swirl 🌊

The fabric is a very snug, firm, ribbed material which makes you feel held and secure in all the right places!

Comes in Charcoal as well as this gorgeous Denim blue colour 💙
