SacredSpirit Embodied Dance Classes are an exhilarating, soul-stirring, body-centred, joyfully grooving, somatic, FUN, dance-fitness experience! They bring a perfect balance of freedom and form (simple choreography), great world-inspired music, and draw from an inspired fusion of dance arts, healing arts, martial arts, sounding and breath work! Classes, which last one hour, are a playful and safe

cardiovascular workout, with permission to show up AS YOU ARE, harmoniously nourishing body, mind, emotions and spirit! Every 'Body' is welcome - all ages, genders, shapes, sizes and fitness levels! Yael's unique fusion in these JOYFUL classes, are inspired from her wealth of experience as a longstanding dancer, (trained in ballet, modern, classical Greek), Nia teacher (12 years and trained to highest level), student of Tai Chi, Yoga, Alexander Technique, Transformational Breath® Group Leader & 1:1 facilitator, Choir Leader, Sound Healer, and ongoing self-enquiry! HEALTH WAIVER:
By choosing to join me in class, you agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Happy Now Here New Year!

I am preparing a beautiful, gentle, soul-stirring class for our DanceJOY step in to 2025!

Promised:

Switch into Nervous System Relax
Wonderful music
A Body, Heart, Mind and Soul workout
Warm community in Stroud’s most amazing hall, Lansdown Hall & Gallery

We will dance a 6-week block beginning January 7th

Cost is £60 in advance, for the whole block
Alternatively, you can pay-as-you-go for £12 cash on the door (on arrival in exact change please)
For new peeps to my class, first class is £10 on the door

Time is 9.20 - 10.30am at Lansdown Hall in Stroud!

All that is present in your body and life, is unconditionally welcome in our classes!

If you’ve not joined us for a while, come dance with us again!

The community is wonderful and warm and welcoming!

Classes are often inspired. They are never exactly the same. A reflection of body-centred, living creativity and JOY.

Next block of DanceJOY class dates:
November 5th, 12th, 19th
December 3rd, 10th, 17th

December 17th will also be our Winter Solstice/Christmas Festive Seasonal Class

Where: Lansdown Hall & Gallery
When: 9.20 - 10.30am
Cost: £60 for the block of 6 classes payable in advance. Or, £12 pay-as-you-go, exact change cash on the door.

Whether you come regularly, or have not been for a while, you are always welcome! The JOY in these classes is PALPABLE!

Dearest Dancers

The weather overnight is forecast to be pretty full on with heavy rain, and, although it may be light or non-existent during class time tomorrow, I've taken the decision to re-route us back to Lansdown Hall!

So, please arrive 9.20am and we'll finish 10.30am.
Cost is £12 on the door if you're payg.

We are dancing a FUN body of work recently created by me 'DANCE INTO CREATION', and having a fabulous time doing so!

Nia Class is a sustainable, exhilarating, somatic, dance-movement, perfect balance of freedom and form, done barefoot to soul-stirring music that draws from a combination of dance, healing and martial art forms. This holistic and innovative approach to fitness goes far beyond traditional exercise.
